These companies have changed their declaration policy, with the result that we will no longer declare directly to these companies. From now on, all declarations will be processed via Infomedics. Infomedics is the factoring company that handles all invoicing for our practice.

What does this mean to you?

You may receive an invoice from Infomedics during this transition period, although you are entitled to reimbursement. You will then have to submit this invoice to your health insurer yourself in order to receive reimbursement. How to do this is stated in the information flyer that you receive together with your invoice.

After this transition period, Infomedics will be able to submit the invoices directly to your health insurer and you will no longer receive an invoice unless the invoice is not or is partially reimbursed.
