Wisdom tooth extraction
Wisdom tooth extraction
Many people do not always have enough space for wisdom teeth. If the wisdom teeth do come through, there is a good chance that they will cause complaints in the future. In that case, it is better to have your wisdom teeth removed preventively.
Wisdom teeth that do not erupt completely can cause problems such as caries or gum infections. In addition, a cyst or tumor can sometimes develop around the wisdom tooth. For these reasons, your dentist regularly takes an X-ray to see how your wisdom teeth are doing. If necessary, your dentist will remove the wisdom tooth preventively.
