Who are we

For our group practice Atlas Eindhoven, located in Eindhoven, we are looking for a receptionist with experience in dentistry. Do you like a dynamic work environment and a fun team? Then you might be our match!

We are a practice with various colleagues, all with their own specialization (MKA surgeon, orthodontist, dental hygienist and general dentistry). This allows us to offer patients complete dentistry. We dare to call ourselves progressive by working with CBCT, digital crown & bridgework and Invisalign (with real-time planning).

The practice is located in the center of Eindhoven and is easily accessible by public transport.
Our team is very diverse with all kinds of nationalities, which suits a city like Eindhoven. There is room for personal development and growth. We believe it is important that we work with expert staff and that is one of the important pillars within Atlas Eindhoven Dental Practice. This is a salaried position.

Job description

The reception desk is the central hub of the practice where everyone is managed. It is therefore crucial that the reception employee is stress-resistant, flexible and well-organized. In addition, you must have a sense of responsibility and be positive by nature. It is a challenging job with various tasks. Having good communication skills and good adaptability are a must for this position. Several tasks that are your responsibility include:

• Reception duties

• Keeping the patient file up to date

• Maintain administration

• Identify gaps in the agenda and plan optimally

• To speak to our patients and provide them with the necessary information

• Answering the telephone and responding to incoming emails

• Managing the agenda, scheduling appointments and ensuring that these appointments are met

• Supporting the practice manager in his/her daily work
